Digital downloads
When you purchases a digital product, you'll receive an automated email with a unique download link for the digital file. For security, once you've clicked the link, you'll have 24 hours to download the product. 24 hours after the link is first clicked, it will expire. If you need access to the file after the link expires, please reply from your order confirmation email and we will resend the it.
Shipping
All items are shipped from Spain and prices vary by country and weight. Please confirm at checkout the shipping prices for your location and item.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies from 5 - 15 business days depending on material availability and the sason of the year. Contact me for exact times.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 5-10 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
