Waistcoat Stitch or Central Single Crochet (csc)

Learn how to work Waistcoat stitch, also known as Central Single Crochet (csc), to create a beautiful crocheted fabric with colorful motifs that look just like knitted Fair Isle. I call it Faux Fair Isle or Crochet Fair Isle.
